Through my life and work in an intentional community I was able to make and apply a lot of experiences in conflict resolution and personal development.<\/span><\/h3><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\" class=\" translation-block\">The work in different settings of groups and individuals fullfills me and challenges me as well. Experiences that impressed me were seminars in Nonviolent Communication (by Marshall Rosenberg), Forumsarbeit (by Dolores Richter and Francois Wiesmann), the Conflict Trainsformation Training (by Daniel auf der Mauer), Transparent Communication (by Axel Perincheri), traumainformed Communication (by Thomas H\u00fcbl) and the workshop Collective Trauma and More Democracy (a cooperation of the pocket project and the association \"Mehr Demokratie e.V.) Hierbei liegt die Aufmerksamkeit neben dem Fokus auf einer einvernehmlichen L\u00f6sung auf den emotionalen und pers\u00f6nlichen Schwierigkeiten, die \u00fcberhaupt erst zur Entstehung des Konfliktes beigetragen haben. Ich versuche in der Mediaion stets ein sehr sicheres Setting zu schaffen. Die Medianten sollen sich wohl und sicher f\u00fchlen um wirklich ehrlich teilen zu k\u00f6nnen, was ihnen wichtig ist.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c222d9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3c222d9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Moderation:<\/p>\nIn der Moderation lasse ich verschiedene Aspekte meiner Erfahrung einflie\u00dfen. Gerne moderiere ich nach soziokratischen Prinzipien und dem <a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.soziokratie.org\/elemente\/konsent-soziokratie-konsent-moderation\/\">Konsent-Prinzip<\/a>. Im Konsentverfahren wird nicht gefragt, was die beste L\u00f6sung ist, sondern, was die L\u00f6sung ist, die am wenigsten Widerst\u00e4nde hervorruft. Der Vorteil hiervon ist: wir kommen schneller zu Entscheidungen, wir werden weniger entt\u00e4uscht von zu gro\u00dfen Erwartungen an die beste L\u00f6sung, wir evaluieren schneller, passen uns schneller an und bleiben flexibel und agil.
